2011: Year of the Busy, Part 2
This year continues to be one of opportunity and growth here at Pergamena. From increasing patronage from many of our longstanding friends and customers, to new contacts and business in the bookbinding, handbag, and furniture worlds, we have been getting steadily busier, all the while improving both our process and quality of product. The support and feedback we have gotten from our customers has been greatly appreciated, and we hope to continue to work with any and everyone to further improve our materials and service.
As well as improving our products, we've also been very busy getting out to meet friends and fans face-to-face at trade shows this summer. One notable new event was the Pennsic War in western Pennsylvania, where we finally had the chance to formally introduce ourselves to the the SCA world. The show was a great success, and we hope to be more aptly prepared for next year!
Still to come this October are our final three shows of the year: the Guild of Book Workers Standards of Excellence in Boston, the Waterford Craft Fair in Waterford, VA, and the American Society of Botanical Artists show also in Boston. We hope to see many familiar faces this Autumn!
