Pergamena's calfskin parchments are popular for binding and manuscripts. Calfskins are available with a calligraphy finish on one side, a manuscript-quality finish on both sides, or with a standard unfinished surface for binding or interior and furniture applications. Color range includes natural, white, spotted, field (veiny), and transparent.
The 9-10 sf. size yields a rectangular piece of parchment 26" across the spine by 32" down the spine. Skins average .3-.4 mm (1 ounce) in thickness.
