Expected Shipping Times: Most orders placed with Pergamena will be filled and shipped within two weeks. However, because many of the items we produce are made to order, it can sometimes take longer to make and send out. If you need something quickly, please email info@pergamena.net with details, otherwise items are sent out in the order they are received. We will notify you if an item you have ordered is out of stock and a shipping delay is expected.

Quality at Pergamena: We here at Pergamena and R.E. Meyer take pride in the products we manufacture and sell. We take every precaution we can to make sure that what we ship out is of the best quality we can offer and the most accurately prepared and produced. With questions about finishes or quality of products, email info@pergamena.net.

Return Policy: If items sent out by Pergamena are clearly unsatisfactory upon receipt, we would welcome the opportunity to replace the product, free of shipping charge, with one that is more usable. However, if a replacement is not desired, or else the new item is still unsuitable, we are also willing to offer a refund for the full cost of the original product and shipping.
