Goat Parchment

Prepared

Mixed Clean and Semi Charactered

Each pack comes with a sample of the material to test on before you start creating.

Goat parchment features pronounced grain patterns that lend it unique gradation, color, and character. Prepared goat parchment features a dense, smooth surface with visual texture. There are beautiful whites, creams, and marbled or spotted natural tones.

The calligraphy preparation (single side) creates a smooth, slightly nappy surface that is perfect for writing, drawing, and painting with non-water-based media. Pre-cut sizes can have the typical color range for goat, including off-white, cream, natural, and mottled. If you prefer one color range over another, please indicate in the additional notes and we will try to accommodate any requests.

All parchment is unique and will have variation. We sort as best we can to give you a clear understanding of what to expect. We appreciate your understanding.
